Evidence integration

We encode hypothesized rules—adhesion, contractility, reaction-diffusion cues, mechanosensing/feedback—into agent-based and dynamical systems models to study how layers emerge and coordinate.

Mechanistic & morphogenetic modeling

We run “what-if” scenarios (load, vibration, impact, thermal/radiation stress) to probe performance envelopes, failure modes, and safe operating regimes; we then surface design leverage points.

Simulation & stress testing

We publish code, transforms, and benchmarks; solicit external tests; and update models continuously as new evidence arrives.
